Reactors are also called inductors. When a conductor is energized, it creates a magnetic field in the specific space it occupies, so all current-carrying conductors generally have an inductance. However, although it plays an increasingly important role in our living environment, our knowledge and understanding are not sufficient. So below, our reactor manufacturer will share and interpret the related issues of its working environment with you!
The working environment of the reactor
1. Altitude ≤1500m (if it exceeds, please state it when ordering).
2. The operating environment temperature is -25℃~45℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 90[%].
3. There are no harmful gases and no flammable and explosive items around.
4. The reactor is installed in the cabinet, and ventilation equipment should be installed for heat dissipation.
5. Performance characteristics
6. Reactors are divided into three-phase and single-phase. The difference in reactance value of any two phases of a three-phase reactor shall not be greater than ±3[%]
7. Reactors can be used in 400V or 660V power distribution systems.
8. The types of reactance rates of commonly used reactors include 4.5[%], 5[%], 6[%], 7[%], 12[%], 13[%], etc.
9. The temperature rise of the reactor: 85K for the iron core and 95K for the coil.
10. Insulation level: 3kV/1min, no breakdown or flashover.
11. The noise level of the reactor is not greater than 50dB. The reactor insulation grade is H or above.
12. The reactor can operate for a long time at 1.1 times the rated voltage.
13. The reactance value of the reactor at 1.35 times the rated current shall not decrease by more than 5[%].
